Yuck! I hate the humidity. The air is so bad today and it just started raining. I'm still puttering and finding things to sell. I forgot I had a real nice external DVD/CD Player/Recorder. I had bought that back in 2005 because my first computer didn't have a DVD player. This is a Lite-On and it always worked so good. Didn't need it any more when I got a newer computer. So I'm going to list that on Craigslist also. I see them on Amazon for $76 without the extra wires. They want $25 just for those. I have all the stuff that goes with it. I'm selling it for $25. Someone has to know a bit about these things though. I taught myself everything I could about all this stuff when I got my first computer in 2004. I add my own memory too. Some people are afraid to open the computer up to do it.. I always loved learning new things. Some computer kid might want all this stuff. I have a brand new Cyberlink remote control also. That is so you can watch movies on your computer from a distance. I used it a couple times just to see how it worked then never used it again. I don't watch movies on my computer. I'm giving that away.
Got rid of my microwave oven yesterday. But that girl from Herkimer that begged me for the entertainment center never set up a time to come. She pissed me off because there were other guys that wanted it and I told them no. So I still have it. I deleted it off Craigslist. I will have to relist it. I didn't save the e-mails from those other guys either.
My two granddaughters are in TN to see their mom. Ginny must have told them where she lived finally. Vanessa was driving and Sarah was flying and meeting her there I think. So I can't wait to see their pictures. I haven't seen the boy's pictures in a few years now.
My sister, Carol, is finally getting tests done to see what is wrong with her. She said the first thing the doctor did was put her on cholesterol lowering drugs. Haven't heard yet the results of her blood work etc. I sure hope those Statin drugs don't hurt her. I'd never take them myself. My cholesterol has always been around 300 for years and years. But I can't take the chance on getting muscle problems from them. So I refuse to.
Guess I won't be getting my car inspected till Monday. It will be a day late but I don't care.
So that's it for now. Got to get off this chair. I can't stand sitting here.
