I have to tell you all that I am actually feeling a lot better. I have been doing the baking soda enemas every evening and I really think they are helping. I also drink a teaspoon of it in water every day also. I'm supposed to drink 2 teaspoons but I'm taking it slow to see if I retain water or not. So far I don't.
I really don't have that aching any more in my butt and no pain lately!! I'm going to the bathroom a lot better too. I sure am glad I went back on my own diet. I drink my Green powder every morning then I have two scrambled eggs with real butter. I have always used real butter though. Never that margarine stuff. I steam Broccoli and celery and carrots and green onions and make a soup out of it. I baked some Butternut squash and added that to the mix too. I like it. I'm eating Avacados again. I'm taking Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, Vitamin D-3, Vit. C, Garlic capsules, Tumeric capsules and I make sure I use the extra virgin olive oil on everything.
I ordered Oil of Oregano and more Green Powder. The Oil of Oregano is to keep Fungus out of the body. I've never used it before and I read that it tastes bad but I will do anything to get this body the way it has to be. I will be experimenting with all sorts of stuff and foods probably before I get it down to where I know what I can tolerate. But I am mostly sticking to an Anti Fungus diet now and the Alkaline. But I can eat more protein on the fungus diet. Some of the Fungal diets say not to eat eggs because they have fungus. But you have to eat them right away. can't boil them and have them sitting in the Frig for a few days. I am amazed what has fungus in them. Absolutely no sugar or flour products. They are the worst. No more Pasta products. I never ate them much anyway. Lots of fruits have fungus. I have to learn all this yet. Some stuff that I could eat on the alkalizing diet I can't eat on this anti fungal diet so it's a whole new learning process for me. Very interesting and makes sense to me.
So that is what is going on so far. But I am happy that I'm feeling so much better!!! It's amazing!
