I'm still feeling pretty good! Yesterday I went out shopping. Stopped at three places and was gone for three hours and felt great all day. It was a beautiful day! The sun was shining and it was in the low 30's. I'm glad I went because today was gloomy and rainy and windy. I found a lot of organic foods that I can eat. Got more raw almond butter and organic coconut. The coconut kills fungus. I never knew that! I bought coconut oil to cook with also. Besides my Extra Virgin olive Oil. I don't cook much with that though but I pour it on everything. It's good for my Gall Bladder. I don't want any more attacks like I had in September. Did you know that to flush stones from a Gall Bladder you have to drink olive oil?? Yep! But I've never done the flush. Since it hasn't bothered me since I figure I must be doing something right. I will try the coconut oil when I cook my chicken. I bought organic chicken. I can eat that stuff on the fungus diet. But I won't eat very much of it. I like salmon the best. And it has to be mercury free wild salmon. Farm raised salmon is not good for you.
I also found these awesome crackers! made by a company called Mary's gone crackers. LOL
Cute, catchy name. She started her company after making her own products because of celiac disease. Her web site is marysgonecrackers.com. in case you are interested in what I bought and the ingredients. Everything in them is okay for me to eat. Yea!!
They are very expensive so I won't be hogging too many at once..ha!
I've got all my natural soaps now too. I ordered them from Vermont Soaps.
My body is ridding itself of toxins. I used to use underarm deodorant that had aluminum in it because I used to sweat a lot years back. I quit using that and sometimes I will get to itching like crazy like I'm allergic to my own sweat, even though I don't feel any but I guess we are always eliminating body fluids under the arms, even if we don't know it. Years ago I could not keep my clothes dry without using those pads. It was very embarrassing. So I started using Certain Dry. That was the only thing that ever stopped it. Haven't used it in a couple years though but still used an anti perspirant. From what I've read, it takes a few weeks for your body to get rid of those toxins before you stop itching. I find everything on the web..Ha! Ha! It's amazing! I use baking soda mixed in water or alcohol for now.
When I am lying on my back in bed I feel my stomach a lot to see if there are any odd bumps. I always feel these large lumps and they are sort of hard. Not sure if it's just my organs or my intestines. I haven't been this thin since I was younger so never felt all that stuff before. Ha! Nothing hurts so I am not worried about it yet. I wonder if any of you can feel all your internal organs like that?? If so, let me know. I'm curious.
My sister, Jane, called me today and she had to go to the emergency room Wednesday because she's been coughing up blood. She will be having a Cat Scan soon. Her doctor seems to think it's from her lungs.I'll let you know when I hear anything else from her. That is scary.
I better stop writing. Good night.
