Last day Of January!! Spring Is Coming Closer!

I sometimes wonder if what I'm doing for this cancer will help or not. At times I get my doubts. Especially when I start to have a little pressure. But I have nowhere near the pressure and pain that I had a month ago so I do think it's helping. There is no pain at all. Then I get to thinking that maybe the cancer has spread and I just can't feel it yet. Only time will tell. But I know I will never go back to the Radiologist and never have any treatments of that kind again.
I don't have any heavy bleeding either like I used to have. Sometimes in the morning there will be just a tinge of very light red color but it's hardly noticeable. I still won't eat any raw celery though. Since that is what I ate back in September that caused my real heavy bleeding. I'm always afraid that something will scratch that tumor and make me bleed again. But I am eating all kinds of roughage, like nuts and flax seeds and Almond Butter, which isn't totally smooth. I crack fresh Pecans every day and eat them along with Organic raw Coconut. So none of these things are scratching that tumor.
I have made some wheat and sugar and yeast free cookies also. I make them with Organic Almond Flour and Flaxseed meal and butter. Add a banana and a few packets of Stevia for sweetness. And oh yes! I add some of the coconut too. That makes them crispier. They taste fine to me because it's like having a cookie again! I was a total cookie monster before. I add an egg into the mix too. I bake them long enough so they will be crispier and not soft.
I have found a few recipes online in the Gluten Free area. Then I look for Sugar-Free and Yeast free recipes. There is quite a few out there.
I finally ordered a book that Doug Kaufmann wrote called, "The Germ That Causes Cancer". I will read that and then pass it on to my family to read.
I also ordered "Food Inc". Oprah had a guy on her show the other day and there was a special that you could get through Amazon.com. I also can watch it from Amazon right away but I haven't yet. I'll wait for the DVD to come. That should be very interesting.
It's still very cold this morning but going to warm up to 22 degrees by 5 pm. I am not going out though. I don't need anything. The sun is shining so maybe that will help warm it up a bit faster later today. I don't mind when it's around 30 degrees but I don't like it below zero and in the teens.
My Cockatiel, Ricky, is driving me nuts today. Some days he is fine and other days he seems to want my attention all day long and is such a pain. He screeches constantly. Right now he's on the back of this computer chair and quiet. As soon as I get up to go into the other room he will start screeching. he thinks he can control me I guess. Ha! Ha!
That's all for now. Have a nice day everyone. :)
