March 4, 2012

This is Jessi yesterday.

Yesterday was beautiful. It got up to 50 degrees or more and was a bright, sunny day. Today it's cold. Only in the low 30's and cloudy with some snow in the air.
I called Nina yesterday to have her pick up my critter food and go to the bank for me. She left Jessi here while she went. Then they were going to Kayla's 18th birthday party. (That's Nina's half sister.) Nina will be dropping the kids off on Tuesday for me to watch.
Salena is still having some belly pains now and then. I think she should have tests run. Nina said if it gets worse or isn't gone then she will take her to Syracuse for tests. But Salena was feeling okay yesterday I guess. She was at her Aunt's house for the night.
I feel colder than when it's in the teens. Must be the damp air.
Nothing else going on. I haven't heard from anyone lately. I was watching two red squirrels outside earlier. Both males and chattering at each other to keep their distance. The hawk or cat must be a round a lot though. All the critters disappear for quite a while at times.
The girl next door on the hill saw a woodchuck this morning. I never see any this early in the season. In fact I don't see any till summer sometimes. I'm glad to know there are still some around. They are fun to watch.
Have a nice Sunday everyone. I'll be back soon.
