My granddaughter, Salena, Debby's granddaughter, Zariah and my youngest granddaughter, Jessi.

Danielle's daughter, Zariah, Crystal's daughter, Kendra, Jessi and Salena, Nina's daughters.
Vanessa decided to stay down there in VA during all this bad weather. I was glad to hear that! It looks like the hurricane won't be quite as bad as predicted at first, thank heavens. But it has yet to hit NYC and that whole area.
Fran and Matt, Vanessa's Grandparents did not leave their area. They went up to their daughter's place which is on the same peninsula. They sort of live out on a bay between the mainland and the ocean. I sure wouldn't have stayed. The hurricane is off to the East a bit but I'm sure they will still get some winds and rain. They said the house they live in has never been flooded since 1952. It will be almost like a tropical storm by the time it hits along the coast of NY I think. It's been downgraded to a one. Just hope everyone will be safe down there.
My niece, Alysha, lives in NH and they will be getting it also. I don't think they have to worry though.
Fran says that the media makes more of it than it really is. maybe so. But it's better to be safe than sorry.
We are expecting rain and wind tomorrow. It will be just another rainy day in central NY.
Danielle finally posted her pics from Rich's party last weekend. I am going to make a slide show and then put them onto DVD's. I'll give them to Debby, her mom, to give to her. I don't think I will ever see Jeanne's pictures or Debby's. They don't upload theirs. Jeanne might have some printed out though. Danielle got some nice pics of the kids near the falls in the water that day. They came out so nice.
That's what I'll be working on this week. The slide show. It will take time.
Hope everyone has a nice weekend. If you live down in the hurricane's path, be safe. Take care everyone.
