March 8, 2012-Feeling Okay

I only have a few achy spots from my fall but I went out last night and got groceries. Walked around Walmart for over an hour and didn't feel too bad. Even my left leg and knee didn't hurt like it usually does. I was surprised. The part I feel the most is in my back area on the right side, under the rib cage. It could be from the hard fall on my butt. And my spine is so crooked on that side. I haven't noticed any bruises. I was lucky this time. My shoulders hurt from trying to get up also but that will go away.
It was 60 degrees here yesterday and it was bright and sunny. I waited till 6:30 to go out though. I always want to go at night after my birds are to sleep. That way I can take my time and not worry about anything. It was so warm and the moon was so big and bright. After I saw that moon I wished I had brought my camera with me. By the time I see it from my window the trees are blocking it. I tried to get some pictures around 11 pm but some tree branches were in the way and there was a haze in the sky. So all I got was a blurry moon. And I can't see it tonight because we've had heavy rain and wind all day. It might even snow overnight.
My brother, Jim, called today to see how I was. He talked for over an hour. He had finished some work in the morning and was at home to do some work around his home. He said work has been slow this winter. And being a self employed carpenter that is not good. But he said he's had time to putter more at home.
I haven't heard from any of the other kids lately. I know Jane is busy helping her husband at the office now because of tax season.
I watched Jessi Tuesday night. Not salena. She went to a soccer game at school. I only saw her for a few minutes when Nina came to pick up Jessi. Salena said her belly wasn't hurting at all that day. Nina thinks she might have an ulcer. She's been on medication for it. She seems too young for that. But as long as she's feeling better I won't be worried as much. When a kid has a pain in her belly for over a week, something has got to be wrong.
