I'm sorry I haven't been back in a few days. We went through some nice snowfall on the 9th. Loved that! It was so pretty for a couple days. Now it's in the 60's! It's all gone. This is going to be a beautiful week.
I finally got some laundry done on Saturday night. I was feeling it on Sunday though. That lump in my groin was bothering me a lot all day. I think it's a hernia because I can move it around. Or it seems I can. Feels more like a piece of intestines bulging out. It would be nice if that's all it was. I've been feeling a bit weird lately, like I'm going to have a heart attack. It comes and goes. I know I need to lose weight but I haven't even tried yet. I suppose one of these days I'll finally get the will power to quit my sweets again. If I'm going to be sticking around for a while longer then I'd be better off losing some weight so I could get around easier and take pressure off my poor weak legs.
I hate this time change. I'm losing an hour. And the birds don't make any noise till almost ten now. So I have to uncover them slowly each day a bit earlier. I have them trained to keep quiet till 9 am. That way I can have a couple hours of quiet time. Of course now it's later when I cover them at night also. But that's okay. I don't mind that. I'll just have to wait longer before I go out to shop at night. Cockatiels need 14 hours of dark time each day. I bet most people don't know that.
It's sunny here right now and it's going to be in the 60's. Might even hit 70 by Thursday. But it will be raining a little in between I guess.
There are lots of chipmunks around now and about four red squirrels. The woodchuck is out back but I haven't spotted it yet. Saw my two foxes on that snowy night. Glad to see them. hope they have little ones. Saw my first skunk also on that snowy night. Everything is coming to life and spring is just about here! And I'm still alive!! Yaaayyy!
