I've changed my flanges each day for three days in a row now because they weren't sticking well. Now my belly area around the Stoma is all irritated and raw again. I almost ripped the skin off with it today. Had to be real careful and put hot water on it to help it come unglued. Wish it would stick that good right next to the Stoma but it doesn't. Then the crap starts getting on my skin.I sure hope I find the right solution to this problem soon. I don't want any infections starting.

Hi Ginnymo, I just found you!I had read some of your blog a while back, but forgot to join.Tonight , I was reading a blog post you made where you commented A YEAR AGO about your cancer on a blog about Doug Kaufman's thoughts on yeast, fungus, and natural healing. My daddy had colorectal cancer for about 4 years before he died. Anyway,I clicked through, and here I am.
I have read all of your posts starting at DEc. 31.I admire your spunk and the way you write so matter of factly about death.
Your bird photos are super!

Hi Jackie,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. I wrote a reply before but I guess it didn't go on, darn it. I'm sorry to hear that your dad had cancer. Did he take the Chemo and Radiation??
I don't bother following Doug's diet any more. I figure what's the use. It's all in my liver and nothing I can do about it now. The sweets might kill me a few months earlier but I don't care. I'd rather eat what I want right now and enjoy it because I know the day will come when I can't.
I left a short comment on your blog. I also became a follower to keep up on your progress with your leg issue. So sorry to hear you have that. Must be very painful. Take care.
