I can't believe the energy I have now!! I am feeling so much better! I even went out and cleaned six inches of snow off my car that's been sitting there since the first of the month. And shoveled around my car and salted. Felt good to be out there, even though my face froze and my fingers started to get real cold. But at least I got it done. Now I can go out tomorrow, maybe, and get a few things. The temperature is supposed to drop by Friday and Saturday. It was about 20 degrees today. Not going to warm up till next week I guess.
Just want to tell you all how good I am feeling. Sure hope it stays this way and continues to get even better.

Ginny, I've just been getting caught up on your posts since just before Christmas. First, let me tell you that I think you look great. Those photos of you with your family were wonderful. I am so glad that you are feeling better and have more energy now. You seem to be on the right track for taking care of yourself. I respect your decision to take matters into your own hands. So glad you are feeling a lot better and hope it continues that way. I do believe very strongly that what we eat plays a big part in our health and have always tried to eat only natural foods, sometimes I stray though and am tempted by a quick and easy takeaway meal!!
