November 18, 2011-Pain In Back

After all my excitement about my blood results, today I had pain in my right side and in my back area behind the lung. It was there all day and is still there. Not sure if I just pulled a muscle or it;s from my crooked spine. I do always have a lump in the back near the kidney area. Been there for a few years now. I think that is my spine causing it. I have a real bad curvature now. Just hope it's not the liver.
We only got a dusting of snow here this morning but to the West they got a few inches. It all melted away by the afternoon.
I was so pissed this morning. That woman upstairs was up at 6 am. and by 6:30 she had flushed that toilet about ten times. And walking like an elephant. I had to get up because I could never get back to sleep. Then she goes into her living room and bangs that recliner. After a while she left I think because it was quiet all afternoon. Unless she was sleeping. I only heard her again around 7 pm. Then she sat in that chair again and I don't hear her now. I never get much sleep because of the noise. Ear plugs don't work. I tried. It's bad when someone irritates you like that. Especially when you don't care for her. That makes it even worse.
So I'm hoping I get some sleep tonight.
Have a nice weekend everyone.

I'm not sure if it will help but have you considered turning on a fan at night? I know the temperatures are cooler at this time of year but try it on the lowest setting and face it to the wall furthest away from you. You may need a warmer night gown but the humming noise should drown out most of the noise from your neighbor. It works for me since I have two daughter's who can be loud sometimes and are at that wonderful age of pulling all nighter's in front of the tv. Anyway, I hope you sleep well tonight and happy Thanksgiving to you.

Thanks Dee but I do have an air purifier running all the time in my bedroom.. Unfortunately the toilet pipes run right next to my bedroom wall and they make a hell of a noise clunking against the wall sometimes. No way I can drown out her noise!! I just have to try and pretend it's not there..Ha! Hope you have a great Thanksgiving also!! Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. I appreciate it!
