I think I've caught my first cold in over a year. And I think I caught it right here in this building because there are a couple people sniffling around here. Now I wish I had never gone into that community room the other day and talked to them. Makes me mad. The last time I got a cold was when I broke my wrist and had to go in that dirty ambulance and emergency room. I've been doing so good too.
This morning I thought maybe it was just the mold and mildew in my bedroom but as the day progressed I know now that it is a cold. My head is getting stuffy and my nose will be running by tomorrow by the way I feel. This morning I couldn't get my lungs clear and didn't think too much of it at that time. That happens now and then. So I guess I'll be miserable for a few days. I'm drinking lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice in warm water. I always take my vitamins. It will just have to run it's course. Can't do anything about it now.
It's cold this week also and a few flurries in the air yet. It's not going to warm up till next week maybe. Everyone is sick of winter.
Our electricity went off for almost an hour tonight. From 6:30 to 7:30. Heard a big explosion about five minutes before it went off. Don't know what caused it yet.
I have to get to bed early so I can try to get more sleep. Take care everyone.
