I really crushed that knee when I fell yesterday. It is still swollen and hurts all around it. The area in back and the muscle that runs down my inner leg is swollen and hurts. I also have a big bruise on the other knee. Didn't realize I hurt that one till today. But it's just a bruise. Nothing serious. I hurt my arms and my thumb area hurts a bit on my left hand. I also have a pain in my lower right side of my groin area. I am having aching in my rectum and bleeding more today too. My head aches a bit but not bad. I worry more about my eyes. When I fell hard once before it tore my retina and I had to have emergency surgery on my left eye. I'm a wreck! falling that hard is not good for my insides.
I could put pressure on it but with crutches. I had to use the crutches and walker all day to get around. Almost didn't make it to the bathroom in time. Yikes!
I took 3 Ibuprofen yesterday after it happened but I don't like using that stuff because of my liver. So I'm taking White Willow Bark. It's a natural aspirin. I won't take much of that either. It might cause me to bleed more. I sure don't want anything that will make me bleed. Today is the first time I've had aching in my rectum in a month and a half now. I don't like that. I don't like that slight pain in my lower belly area either. Never know what is causing it.
I better stick to some juicing for a few days so I will heal up faster. I will still eat my egg in the morning though. I need protein.
I feel very tired tonight so am going to go to bed early. Rest is best!

Oh Ginny! As if you needed anymore troubles, I'm so sorry this has happened, do you think you should get it checked out? You described it (on the last post and this) so well that I could 'see' it all vividly and I can tell it is excruciating! Please let us know how it goes on, take care and I'm sending you an extra big hug :)
Thank you Jan. It's getting better each day. I can walk a bit with just one crutch. The pain seems to be all in the back and down the leg now. Or underneath the knee. It will just take time to heal. It probably is real bruised inside. I don't see much bruising on the outside. The other knee has a big bruise but it doesn't hurt except for that spot. Thank heavens! Isn't it awful when you just think things are going okay and then something else happens..
I think about you and your eyes Jan. Sure hope they can fix them. I think that is the worst thing. If I couldn't see my computer I don't know what I'd do.
